At this time, myPotential operates as a private-pay practice and does not directly accept insurance plans. This allows us to provide flexible, personalized care without many of the limitations often placed on by insurance companies.

Yes. We offer sliding scale and flexible payment options for families to help make services more accessible and manageable.
3. Why would I pay out of pocket when I can use my insurance?
myPotential provides more flexibility, personalization, and continuity than insurance-based care.
4. What makes your therapy model different?
We go beyond traditional therapy sessions by combining occupational therapy, speech therapy, and caregiver support to help improve communication, routines, independence, and daily life at home.
5. Do you only work with children?
No. We support both pediatric (3-25) and older adult (55+) populations through personalized therapy and caregiver-focused services.
6. What types of support do caregivers or parents receive?
Caregivers receive practical education and assistance*, coaching, home observations and strategies, and ongoing guidance to help carry progress into everyday routines and reduce stress along the way.
7. How do I know which service option is right for my family?
We start with a consultation or clarity session to better understand your concerns, goals, and daily challenges so we can recommend the best level of support for your needs.
