Meet the Team

Ashley Ballou, MOT, OTR
Occupational Therapist
(pediatrics, emerging adults, older adults, PDSES clients)
Ashley is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 13 years of experience, supporting children, older adults, and caregivers. Her expertise includes school-based services, aging in place, home modifications, caregiver support, and helping individuals participate more fully in daily life.
Ashley was influenced to go into rehab by her grandmother, a former nurse's aide at TIRR.
A two-time graduate of Texas Woman's University, Ashley is passionate about connecting people with practical solutions, resources, and strategies that promote independence and well-being. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, and discovering cozy coffee shops.

Noryan Vazquez, SLPA
Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (pediatrics, bilingual PDSES clients)
Noryan Vazquez has been a bilingual speech therapy assistant for 10 years. Noryan earned her speech therapy degree from Carlos Albizu University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has a passion for helping others especially those with special needs. She uses creative and innovative ideas to teach kids how to acquire speech skills. Her goal is to provide the funnest and coolest speech therapy. Her motto is "Learning is easier when you’re having fun and that will always be my method."
