Our 8-week CareGiver Thrive Wellness Program provides practical help to help our family caregivers, all while enhancing your well being We partner with several vetted providers to provide: *Respite and short-term relief *Help with daily routines and care tasks *Light household assistance and meal support *Organization of appointments, paperwork, and schedules *Therapy carryover support (when appropriate) *Emotional encouragement and caregiver check-ins *Peer support from people who truly understand caregiving You will walk away with: *Stress management and emotional resilience *Physical health and energy restoration *Social connection and support networks *Understanding and managing disease progression *Mindful self-care practices for balance and renewal A consult is required prior to booking.
