Service Description
This hybrid Independence Support Plan provides comprehensive support for individuals and their caregivers. It includes 2-4 therapy sessions monthly (Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a combination), two dedicated caregiver coaching calls, ongoing text and email support, and a customized monthly adjusted home program. Booking this plan includes all of the above.
Cancellation Policy
Same day cancelations are non refundable. Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before appointment but must be rescheduled with 7 days or will forfeit refund.
